Adjustable End StopsAdjustable End Stops are used to accurately position products or pallets. Adjustability is achieved by welding threaded rods to the stop plate and affixing them via jam nuts to the structural channel fixed end stop. The adjustable channel end stop can be bolted or welded to the side frames. The jam nuts allow the threaded rod to be secured at varying distances from the channel.Fixed Angle End StopsFixed Angle End Stops are mounted to the end of conveyors to allow product accumulation. Common examples of product end stops include fixed angle and channel, blade style and roller style stops. These stops can be permanently fixed or manually operated to control product throughput.Fixed Channel End StopsFixed Channel End Stops are used to stop a product or pallet at the end of a conveyor. In case of a controls malfunction, these stops help prevent products or pallets from falling off the end of the conveyor. A structural fixed channel end stop can be bolted or welded to the side frames.Fork Truck End StopsFork Truck End Stops are used when a fork truck needs to access the product or pallet close to the roller surface. Cutouts are made in the fixed channel end stop and the channel is reinforced by welding structural angle around the cutouts. The fork truck structural angle also acts as a guide for the forks to prevent spearing of the fixed channel. The channel can be welded or bolted to the conveyor side frames.
